Agence KP is about creative and inspiring people who stands out by their audacity and their expertise. We represent talents that has the conviction of having to defend, write or stage important writings and ideas that are necessary for our time.

The choice of our talents has been refined over the years and is now the result of a careful evaluation.

We have at heart to identify artists who are committed, not only to their art, but also in their discourse, their convictions, their actions, both as artists but also by extension, as citizens.

The Agency was founded in 2004, since then, just like the talents it represents, it has continued to evolve and has developed over the past few years, expertise in contract negotiations and working conditions in fields related to the performing arts such as writing, stage directing, comedy and, more recently, speakers.

The company strives to maintain a balance between being a “small agency” that maintains close relationships with its talent, while being large enough to offer a range of services to support them.

The Agency advises and supports artists and their choices, in the various stages of their career.

In short, we put everything in place for our talents to be relieved from any administrative aspect, in order for them to give free rein to their passion and offer the best of themselves on a project.

Agent director

Karine Pelletier

Karine Pelletier has been working in the Quebec cultural milieu for over 35 years. Initially an actress, she played her first roles in various Quebec series at the age of 12. She quickly realized that her passion for the industry could not be limited in being in the spotlight. In addition to her acting career, she has had a succession of experiences such as assistant director, documentary research, casting director, film marketing and distribution. She successively went from pre-production, to production, to film distribution, but it’s an experience in a Talent agency that dictated her future. She will found Agence KP in 2004. A signatory of the UDA’s code of ethics since the agency’s inception, she has been a member of the AQAA since 2015 where she will sit on the board of directors from 2018 to 2021.

Geneviève Larouche

As far as she remembers, Geneviève has always appreciated and analyzed humor performances, a field she has been involved in for many years. Her studies in administration, has gradually brought her to become an talent manager. Beginning her activities as a manager in 2017, she will cross paths with the Agence KP in 2020 and will then officially give free rein to her passion. Her long experience gained in administration over the years suits and serves well all the horizon of talent that represents the agency’s.
